Rest day for me, I personally think rest days are really important to allow your body not to get injured or burnt out on a focused workout (30DS can get repetitive). Today rather then 30DS I will be going on an hour walk around town, this is one of my favorite things.. put on good music and soak up the fresh air.
How is everyone doing?? Most comments the last couple days have been pretty positive which is awesome!!! Wait till the first time you actually hear yourself yell at Jillian through the tv haha, those times when you do not think you can do "just 5 more" "when you feel that burn is when it counts"

Hi did my rest day yesterday well because I had to work all day!!! so felt good to get back today and bring on day 5 in the morning.0
