Where's everyone disappeared? I'm on day 23 - level 3 is tough. This is the first time since before I got married (3 years) that I've got this far!!!

Man... well I might be out! My plantar fasciitis is really acting up After taking my nephew to the park last night I could barely walk. Best to rest rather then push it and injure myself. L1D9 done, 1 more day until the dreaded Level 2!!! I am already feeling and seeing results :) this is my 3rd time around for 30DS in the last 2 years and each time it has been amazing. Me again ladies!!! How are we all doing? I'm on level 2, day 2 - had sat and sun off so on day 12 today. Today was tough. Hoping to complete 30DS by 2nd June and the moving on to 6 week 6 pack in readiness for my holiday!!

I thought I'd start this one off! I've done L1 day 10 today - moving to Level 2 tomorrow - I'm nervous!!! Feeling good , but not checked weight yet - I'm trying to combine 30DS with some other exercise - C25K and hula hooping. Hope you're all keeping at it! ;-)

Well havent had a rest day this is day 6 for me definitely feel like im already stronger..I haven't really gotten sore think its because I stretch well afterwards. I already see and feel the difference. Motivated to keep pushing lost 7 lbs last week..oh as nd I sneak in ripped in 30 as well lol

Rest day for me, I personally think rest days are really important to allow your body not to get injured or burnt out on a focused workout (30DS can get repetitive).
