Well havent had a rest day this is day 6 for me definitely feel like im already stronger..I haven't really gotten sore think its because I stretch well afterwards. I already see and feel the difference. Motivated to keep pushing lost 7 lbs last week..oh as nd I sneak in ripped in 30 as well lol

    Wow, 7lbs! That's amazing!

    I've done day 8 today (rest day Sunday). I desperately want to lose some weight and tone up - beach holiday in 10weeks.

    Today is day 4 level 1 for me. Had to take yesterday off as I have respiratory infection. Didn't want to take too much time off or I know I will not finish this.
