L1D6 for me
She is right about day 5 or 6 noticing a difference in the endurance, noticing my workout being much more fluid jumping right into the next step without stopping to breath. My push ups have the most improvement, I do the modified version but can do a full set in proper form which I am super proud of cause my arms have always been weak.

OK, back from vacation last night. Took tape with me and did use (1 time) lol. Ready to jump back in and on Level 2 as I was up to that prior. Today will be a hard go but I'm thinking of that after pic at the end of the month! Am actually excited to get back to my routine. I know what you are saying about the moves getting easier, the plank jumps and the chair squats are the hardest for me in level20
