L1D9 done, 1 more day until the dreaded Level 2!!!

I am already feeling and seeing results :) this is my 3rd time around for 30DS in the last 2 years and each time it has been amazing. I feel better and the compliments come in quickly. I have tried her ripped in 30 hoping to have some variation with as good of results which I did not like at all and gave up after 4 days (it was really hard on my knees and I could not seem to correct my form to keep up with her), I got 6 week 6 pack which I am going to try when done with this series. Does anyone have any suggestions for other similar videos?

Remember this group is for support, motivation, and accountability... are you girls still with it?? If not you are missing out and should start again... this afternoon! If you thought it was to hard for you, you just have to get past those 1st few days... by day 5 it was a huge difference for me, then my day 7 it was almost easy following Anita so I started pushing myself harder.

Who is still with me???

    Still checking in!! Has anyone done the body revolution by JM? I've seen others on the site talking about it and just wondering if it's as good?
    No shred today, but did my 4k walk/jog this morning and got caught up in other stuff. Will priorize better tomorrow. Thanks for sticking with this BJ and keeping us motivated. Plan to start L3 on the 15th.
