I have been walking 3 miles 2 or 3 times a week. I think I will continue this for several weeks. Not sure how much of a base is needed or desired.

I know I can crank out 3 miles of walking even though I've not been walking much this winter. I'm going to start the C25K...if I need to stay at the first week an extra couple of days, so be it.

Highly recommend C25K. I'm week 8 now. I could barely run a minute at the start! If I can do it anyone can.0

If you can walk continuously for thirty minutes, you should be physically able to complete the program.0
