Thanks ladies, I have not exercised for the last two months or so and it is beginning to show - clothes too tights, belly fat returning etc. Winter was brutal for me, too long and too cold, that for me is eating to stay warm.
Now that Spring seems to be on the horizon, I have decided to take the bull by the horns and get out there and walk every day. I much prefer the mornings, but it is still cold here in the mornings in DC, so its the evening for the time being.0 -
