Anyone out there still checking this group regularly and want to really go for it?
I've been truly rubbish over the last month and totally fallen off the wagon. But I'm back, tail between my legs, heavier than ever and bigger than ever.
BUT. I've taken my measurements, weighed in and taken before photos. NEVER AGAIN am I taking them again. From here on I only want to take AFTER photos.
But I know I need support and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Who's up for it?
