Hi,I had my Thyroid zapped (radio iodine therepy) in February due to an Overactive Thyroid and now I'm going underactive, I'm new to these symptoms and it's too early for me to start medication yet.

I haven't changed my diet but this week I'm feeling very uncomfortable and bloated all day.

Has anyone else had this problem? Just wondering whether it is connected to my dying thyroid which will obviously improve when I start the meds!

    Yup, feel bloated every day and very quickly after eating a few bites of food, and it has not gotten better in all these years I am on medication.

    Good luck. It is much better to have thyroid disease than some of the other discharge one can have, but all the symptoms are not fun and can be life-changing.
