Two workouts today! Pure cardio and cardio abs. I got the deluxe package and have three videos that I've never done before. SO, this morning I did cardio abs and then also did fast and furious abs. It's only 10 minutes. It's pretty challenging, but nothing you can't handle. :)
Has anyone else done this one before? What did you think?
I'll be doing pure cardio after work today. NOT looking forward to it :)

    i just did pure cardio and fast and furious 20 min workout (i don't have the abs one). that was INSANE. omg.
