Would like to know examples of Strength Training and Heavy Lifting, so I can go these

Buy either the new rules of lifting for women or starting strength. Or girls gone strong's new product (i haven't seen it but it's probably good)
I personally decided to hire a coach when I started trying to do NROLFW and had a hard time getting into position for deadlifts; turns out my limb length and mobility does not lend itself to doing conventional style DLs but I never would have known without a coach.0
