^ Love it!!
Happy Mother's Day everyone!
Last night, i stayed up texting with my sister in USA, so this morning DH let me sleep way in (ahhhh!). Later, while he took the kids to their greatgrandmother's, I went for a run (with a little walking first, in the middle, and at the end). I ran to the beach and back to the gym for a rather weak, partial leg workout (only did 5 exercises, I was beat), then walked home. Ended up running about 7mi and walking about 3mi. Eating has still been stellar all week and all weekend (yay!) and I now owe myself a really good leg workout later this week to make-up for the so-so one today.

Sounds like an awesome Mother's Day, Sherry!
I met my niece at church this morning, then we went for a walk while her little boy was in Sunday School. We walked just over 3 miles (3.16). We passed my cousin & her husband out biking, and also ran into my niece's co-worker out in her yard so we stopped to chat with her for a few minutes. Was a lovely day for being outside (65 degrees & sunny) and it's been so cold & rainy that everyone was taking advantage of it.
Last summer/fall I often did an outdoor hike or walk on Sundays when the weather cooperated as my workout. Over the winter I cross-trained at the gym on Sundays. Now that the weather is nice I want to spend more time outdoors - got to take advantage of the few nice months that we get - but today I'm feeling really guilty for not also going to the gym. My Fitbit is giving me credit for 55 "very active" minutes, which is about what I would have gotten at the gym. It's only 2:30 so we'll see if I end up going there later. I wouldn't do a full hour but I could row & bike. I have stuff to get done around the house to get ready for the week ahead, so I'm going to take care of that first.0
