Heart rate monitors help manage the intensity of your workout.
Monitoring your intensity can help you with your fitness and/or weight
loss goals. Consult a fitness professional to help determine your
target heart rate zone. Then you can set the monitor to beep when you
reach and/or get out of your ideal zone. Basic monitors can be
inexpensive and are found in most sporting goods stores.
