Good afternoon everyone!
My name is Genevieve and I am a 23 year old full time college student. I currently weigh 225lbs (only 5 feet tall) which is the heaviest I have ever been. I have been battling Hashimoto's since I was 16 (So far, 7 years of struggling). Finally, my thyroid levels seem to be under control and I've made huge improvements in the foods that I eat. In short, I'm eating a range of proteins (chicken, fish, tofu, and a little lean red meat), eating lots of colors (fruits and veggies), and cooking for myself. Now my personal challenge is to make excersise a priortiy, a part of my lfie, and something I can't live without. My fiance is fairly active and encourages me to be as well but because of differing schedules we can rarely do things together. But I want to be more like him and, more importantly, I want to look and feel sexy again.
My Goals:
-Get up and get moving
-Continue eating healthy and balanced
-Stay within my calorie budget
