juice. Frozen and canned fruits and vegetables can be healthful
substitutes for fresh produce. They are convenient and you can find a
good variety of healthy choices year-round. Choose products with
little or no added salt, sugar or fat. Look for juices that say 100
percent juice. Dress up your cereal or salads with dried fruits or
simply enjoy dried fruit as a snack.
