I most certainly have it. I know most women do. Even when I was 15 and stick thin and 105 pounds I had it! I know its genetic, but I've noticed gaining more weight you can definitely see it more. Will walking a lot/losing weight lessen the appearance? I hate wearing shorts and skirts because of it! I've also heard eliminating salt and drinking lots of water.

Cellulite is just fat deposits. The way to lessen the appearance is building muscle tone in the legs so there is a smoother layer of fat. I do squats and it helps a lot- leg muscle building is the way to go.0
