At the beginning of the year I sprained my left ankle while jogging at night. It has since healed, but I lack the mobility that I once had with it. It is mostly noticeable when I try to squat. Prior to the ankle injury, I was comfortably squatting with my feet at a roughly 30 degree angle. I cannot do that now and have to go to a roughly 45-50 degree angle in order to get proper depth.
Any advice for improving my ankle mobility will be appreciated.
