I'm doing it wrong!

I just realized that my awesome breast stroke is wrong. I am moving my legs too soon. I am not sure how to correct my stroke or even if I have to. Right now my breast stroke looks more like a yogo-esque jumping jack.
It feels really good and I am losing weight and gaining muscle, but it's wrong.
What would you do.

The cadence to keep in mind when doing breaststroke is "Kick, Glide, Pull". Keep thinking that while you're swimming it & you will get the rhythm down. The glide comes as your arms are shooting out forward for the next stroke, the kick comes right before that glide to propel you forward while you're setting up for the next pull.....0

I had to smile at Macstraw's advice. We used the exact same words but said pull kick glide. It comes out to the same thing in that the kick is right before the glide. Hang in there. You'll get it.0

My pull and kick overlap. I kick towards the end of my pull.0

Hold off on the kick for 1 more beat, think about using it to propel you while your arms recover to out front for the glide.......0
