Hello everyone! I am new to myfitness and saw this group and loved the idea of a weekly weigh in! I'm just starting out on my weight loss journey and don't yet have a scale, so I was wondering if anyone would mind if in the meantime I track inches lost in neck, waist, and hips instead?

    Welcome! You may track your progress any way you want.
    Whoever logs in first on Wednesday begins a topic with the current date and the rest of us reply to that post for the week.
    We started out strong but the reporters have dwindled down. A few of us still report because it helps us to be accountable.
    I haven't measured yet and that is unusual for me (I started this journey Jan. 2) I can get in clothes I haven't been able to wear in a very long time. Not a huge difference, but one size. One step at a time. :wink:
