Hi all. I'm just starting my Primal journey. I've done a lot of research, lurking on forums, read Mark Sisson's book, etc. Now it's down the the doing of it. I'm looking for friends, supporters, cheerleaders, and advice. :) I've developed some pretty abysmal health problems due to my weight, so now I'm working towards positive change in my health so I can make even more positive changes in my life. So, if anyone would like to get in touch, I'd welcome your friendship and input.

-Jim

Hey, good luck! I feel so much better ever since going primal/paleo. I kind of do my own thing but also did a lot of research.

    Hi Jim.

I also do a ton of research on everything to do with health, nutrition, anthropology, history, biology... the list is endless. However, I have discovered that my real life experience is the most convincing research that I have ever encountered- so that's what I trust most. I've been ketogenic Primal/Paleo for almost 2 years and it's a permanent thing. I will never eat wheat again. Never. Feeling terrific is better than sick and dying, by far. It was also an important change for the health of my child.

I've very outspoken, opinionated and call things how I see them (sometimes unsolicited) so I'm not everyone's cup of tea. My diary is open to all. Like everyone, I have my struggles but I have a lot of knowledge due to "been there, done that" on almost everything.

Thanks guys. I think I'm off to a good start. Now if it can just keep me out of my doctor's office, I will be a happy camper. :)

Hi I am returning to the paleo lifestyle after a return to my old ways. I too have many health problems and paleo virtually cures them. Good luck you can add me if you want to.
