Hi!

Happy to be here and look forward to the challenge I'll have to break it up through out the day though. Anyone else here have to do that too? I'm way out of shape!

    I am breaking it up into two walks a day. One in the morning and one after dinner. My issue is both fitness level and time. I often don't get up early enough to get it all done in the morning and I don't have enough time at night. I may be able to once I start increasing my pace.
