Glucose dump

Does anybody else experience a glucose dump with exercise? I usually get home from my water exercise class about 30 minutes before dinner and my evening BS reading is usually 10-15 points higher on those days. I see my doctor in a couple of weeks and will be discussing it with her but I was wondering if anyone else gets these and if there is anything I can fiddle with before I see the doc?
