Do You Log Calories Burned to Lose Weight?

I work out 6x per week, plus vigorously walking for about 30-45 minutes per day. I don't use a fitbit, and I don't really think walking is burning that many calories anyway. I decided to stop logging exercise since I had read that exercise isn't really what helps to lose weight. Does anyone else have any insight on this? I don't want my net total to be skewed and screw up my efforts for weight loss.

You seem very active, and should use that as your activity level for mfp. Alternatively, you should calculate your TDEE so you won't have to log your exercise.
