Sunday Check-In

Hey, Warriors!
I just saw Stephanie's post on yesterday's check-in. Congratulations on completing that 10K!!! That's great that we were there in spirit:) I was cheering you on from here!
I'm still pondering what to do with my Sunday. I've done my usual am routine and had a little dance party, so far. Sunday is my rest day, but I've gotten into the habit of at least doing yoga & dance. Because I just bumped up my exercise goal to 720min/wk, I may take a nice walk, too.
I hope all of you are having a joyful, blessed Sunday!

Alrighty now.....I think I need to figure out how to keep track of my hours. My exercise log is not accurate, since I often log my workouts for less time than I actually complete.....MFP seems to be a bit too generous with calories burned for some categories, especially Zumba!
Today I am logging 60 minutes for gardening. Yesterday, 60 minutes Zumba and Friday was 80 minutes gardening. Only 520 more minutes to go this week!!
Hope everyone has had a great weekend and wishing you all a great Monday!!0 -
Hey, Susan!
If you don't trust the MFP calorie burn estimates and don't want to buy a gadget that calculates more accurately, you can estimate your calorie burn number down from whatever they spit out, without changing the minutes.
After that little dance party, my energy fizzled out:( I was disappointed in myself for puttering around the house all day and then I remembered that I burned 4,554 calories this week, while maintaining a 35% calorie deficit (I know, a bit extreme, eh? I didn't realize how steep a deficit it was, until I was looking at my goals page), and I didn't sleep much last night.
So, I'm back to being proud of myself and will just continue to rest today. I may need to add more calories, in order to maintain this level of exercise, but I'm scared of gaining or slowing down my weight loss. I was hungry all day, but it's hard for me to gauge my hunger when I'm tired. I may have one more snack and then go to bed early.0 -
Hello Warrior Women! Today was a busy day of standing around at work but I still managed to get in over 28k steps! Adding my elliptical workout today of 60 minutes and today I am at 126 activity minutes! I hope everyone has a good night and had a productive day!0

Really good day for me because of the 10k and extra walking. In addition to what I logged for the run (75 min), I'll add my hour to and from and around the 10k and another half hour each way to and from church (slower than usual because I was tired). I'm much more beat than expected--if circumstances allow I'll swim tomorrow for a nice change. My fitbit was at about 28k too, but that's close to a record for me. I did no gardening. Maybe this coming week.
My exercise has been getting into a groove, but I really need to refocus on eating and logging next week too.0
