Has anyone with WLS bought/used these? I'm getting tired on my snacks lately and wondered if this might be a fun option. Any thoughts? Im still have another 40 lbs or so to lose. I am having trouble figuring out nutritional value of individual items to determine if these would be good "snacks". Thanks for any input positive or negative.

I took a quick look at their site and figure a quick trip to a health store with a good bulk selection and you could make small packs of your own, weighing the ingredients to have a better idea of what the nutritional info is.

They are offering convenience and delivery for thei money, which si a fine trade off, but I bet you could beat their prices pretty easily by yourself.

As with everything, it is how you make your tradeoffs -- (money) versus (time and desire to do it yourself), in this case

I did it for a short time, I did not care for it. did not like all the snacks, and just was not worth the cost.
