Can't eat above 1200 calories

I started off with 1200 calories and not only did it make me sick, but i was suggested by MANY to up them.
I decided to try out 1500 calories (even though I know i can eat more than that for weight loss)
but no matter what I do, I can't seem to eat more than 1200. Ever since eating that low and cutting out Bread/Wheat
from my diet (For wheat belly and thyroid purposes).. Im actually only eating 700 calories a day and my body seems fine with that. im not sick or anything, but i know how unhealthy it is. Any advice on what to eat, to get me to 1500 a day?

    Can you open up your diary so I cn see what it is you are eating

    Also do you drink enough fluids?

    I havent checked for a few days because i been eating soo slow i don't eat the point.
    and when I do track it only adds up to like 700 calories. if i get lucky 1000.
    Pretty much eggs or a yogurt for breakfast, for a snack- string cheese, a Lemon, or some raspberries.
    Lunch either a salad with chicken, or or some kind of other meat by itself. another snack, either string cheese, fruit, sometime olives. and dinner usaully ends of being the same, salad or some kind of meat

    Trying drinking some calories. Instead of a cup of water drink milk or juice or soda or anything. If you drink milk add a scoop of protein powder to it. Very easy to get over 1200 calories that way.
