Measure in addition to weighing

I've seen quite a few posts where there's frustration with the scale reflecting a small weight gain. Remember to also measure yourself so even when the scale is not reflecting weight loss you might very well be losing inches and gaining muscle which weighs more than fat.

That is so true... I hate how frustrating the scale is, iu hate the bmi is only measured by weight... that number haunts us yet, its such a relevant irrelevant number when inches are so telling...stick to the measuring tape and go from there lol0
