The last six months have been a little trying and I think the weight I've gained is stress weight. The difference is noticeable and very embarrassing. I have zero sympathy at home from my guy because he insists I still look great, which is sweet... but I don't feel great. I wince at the jiggle when I walk, and blush when people who haven't seen me in a while mention it.
Prior to the gain, I was in tip top shape and working out a few hours a day, this is what I'm hoping to get back to. I have 20 lbs to lose, it doesn't sound like much, but it's really kicking my butt. I have thyroid issues that cause my weight to be a bit unpredictable and make it really hard to get rid of.
I am always open to suggestions on ways to get and keep it off. To anyone feeling self-conscious or frustrated with the struggle, I am e-fist bumping you, your not alone.
