    ok so as off today I have lost the 5 pounds! very happy, time to keep on working next 5 here I come!

    Weighed this morning and was down 3 lbs from 2 weeks ago. I will start this challenge from today so starting at 219 lbs. I am aiming for 1 - 2 lbs a week so 214 lbs in a month..........

    I am down 2.5 lbs since I posted this on May 21st. It's slow but steady so I am pleased. :happy:

    And my second 5lbs down! It's going down pretty steadily, but I don't feel like I'm denying myself much. Just a return to normal eating habits (no more family bags of chips by myself) and increased activity!

    Finally hit my first 5 actually 7. From 194 to 187. Next next at 182.

    i just stated going back to the gym and so my goal is to go 5 days a week again and try out all the classes they have there because i enjoy doing them much more than working out on my own so I am hoping t lose 5lbs fairly quickly but i'd go for anything right about now!
