Weighed this morning and was down 3 lbs from 2 weeks ago. I will start this challenge from today so starting at 219 lbs. I am aiming for 1 - 2 lbs a week so 214 lbs in a month..........

I am just now trying this so 5 pounds from now my first goal is 168.8....I also don't weigh in often so I will try so once a week!0

One week in and no weight loss. I have been having some *ahem* bowel issues lately and I take something to help things along it works but the next day everything is once again at a standstill. I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I get plenty of fibre. I exercise so I'm stumped. Trying to eat so my net calories after exercise for the day is 1200. I have been told this may help. Staying positive because I know this will only be temporary. :glasses:0

I'm at 186 so my first goal will be 180. Yes, I know that's 6 not 5 lbs, but it just sounds better when it's a nice round number.0

Forgot to post last week when I got to it. I'm now down 6.3 lbs from 193 when I started counting cals! Next goal: reach 180 lbs (another 6.7 lbs down) by the end of June0

I'm joining this thread late. I'm at 192, so first goal will be 187 steady for 5 days (I'm fluctuating a bit at the top so don't want to count it to early). Will weigh in and report back on Wednesday.0

I am down 2.5 lbs since I posted this on May 21st. It's slow but steady so I am pleased. :happy:0 -

And my second 5lbs down! It's going down pretty steadily, but I don't feel like I'm denying myself much. Just a return to normal eating habits (no more family bags of chips by myself) and increased activity!0

i just stated going back to the gym and so my goal is to go 5 days a week again and try out all the classes they have there because i enjoy doing them much more than working out on my own so I am hoping t lose 5lbs fairly quickly but i'd go for anything right about now!0
