Umm no.... not that beverage or bottle. Before we start go into the kitchen and get a glass of water and drink it! ( I will wait)......NO really GO and get a glass now.....I will not tell you again :) !!!

The most important weight loss tip I can give you is drink WATER! If you do not like the taste, or lack their of, add some fruit! Personally i like limes! But to each their own right!

Anyhow, Did you know by the time you feel thirsty, your body has lost over 1 percent of its total water amount. This is your body's way of say HEY I need RE-HYDRATED!!!! Also you do not have to drink all you water consumption in one sitting!! here is another tip i found on Pintrest (squeal I <3 Pintrest ) http://www.buzzfeed.com/peggy/life-changing-tip-of-the-day-drink-more-water .Get yourself a water bottle and a sharpie... Make on the bottle (like they did here) ... This way you have a goal to beat at a certain time!!
