Chocolate Paradise clouds

I made these just experimenting and OMW they came out like moose ice cream that is not frozen, but amazing..Little chocolate clouds... I added some macadamia nuts that I roasted in some coconut oil and salt, with toasted coconut, as well as walnuts and hazel nuts I roasted.
I use raw organic products when ever possible and these were made with them, but you don't have to of course.
2/3 cup Organic Coconut Oil Cup
1/4 tbsp Raw Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Native forest - Organic Coconut cream/milk
1/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa - Natural Unsweetened Powder
Dash Raw - Salt
2 squirts Skinnygirl - Stevia, liquid
5 drops Sweetleaf - Liquid Stevia - Chocolate
5 drops Sweetleaf - Liquid Stevia - Vanilla Creme
mini cup cake/candy paper cups
Melt the coconut oil and coconut cream Place.in a large bowl , Add raw cream, sift in coco powder and salt.. Add stevia. Whip on high with beaters until it starts to almost turn to whipped cream or a pudding texture. place in mini paper cup cake cups and add nuts, coconut, or what ever you like, if you wish..and place in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes until they turn solid, then enjoy..
