Hehe, that's a good one, Sherry! (Hope you got a chance to catch up on sleep last night.)

Good morning, everyone! Don't know if I'll have time to write later so I though I'd at least check in now. I was looking for alternative Pilates videos yesterday since, like I said, I always do the same (a DVD I bought when I first lost weight a couple of years ago) and I've kinda grown out of it, it wasn't really challenging anymore. So I looked at Blogilates and did a 30 minutes Beginner routine. I thought that should be nice and easy and I was already feeling really tired. Boy, was I wrong. It was so much harder than my DVD, I was actually swearing loudly at her. But, since Pilates is definitely easy on my ankle and knee, I'll now do a four-week beginner plan from Blogilates (I like having plans) :D

Have a great day, all of you!!

Oh, and hello to Donna, we haven't met yet :)

    Good morning Ines....and everyone!

Today is rest day for me. I will be working today (I am casual in a dental office) so it works out good for me. Going to pick up some groceries after work and maybe tonight will do some floor exercises or something. Got my salad/apple and yogurt/cottage cheese for lunch and snack and I'm off.

    have a great day

ps.....love the inspirational for today! haha

I love today's threadstarter! Hope you got some rest, Sherry!

Ines I'm so happy you found a good Pilates workout! It's so much more fun when you're challenged by it.

My Pilates class last night was good. I asked the instructor to work in some hip opening stuff so we did that. With the extra running I'm doing right now my hips need all the love I can give them. When we do longer planks the instructor will sometimes tell us stories to keep us entertained/distracted. She & her husband (who comes to class with us - they're friends with the owners) each lost 35 pounds 10 years ago and have kept it off so I asked her to tell us the story of how that came to be - what the inspiration was, what method they used, etc. She had us doing 5 planks (30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 60 seconds, 30 seconds) so each plank we'd get another "chapter" of the story.

I've got Jason tonight. With Monday being a holiday my trainer schedule is Wednesday/Thursday/Friday this week, so I'm curious to see what he comes up with. Usually he gets more creative to account for training 3 days in a row. I have been struggling with eating and have been up 2 weeks in a row with him so I'm hoping to have a better weigh-in tonight. In 16 months I have never been up 3 weeks in a row (I've only been up 2 weeks in a row once) so I'm a little bit nervous about what's going to happen.

Hi, think I have been overdoing on exercise, computer and housework. My shoulder is in major pain.

Spent night icing and heat. Slightly better today. Other than short flat walk with friend just to talk, taking a rest day.

Hey again. I'm sorry. I admit I haven't read you guys yesterday or today. I've been dealing with some issues here. But I want to check-in, at least. Due to some errands, I wasn't dressed/equipped for running or the gym today, but I did some angry walking today (that's really fast, hard, stompy walking done when really angry; it's great angermanagement). I'm not entirely sure how much, as time & space seemed to melt within my rage--but it was at least an hour, probably 1.5 at the park, plus some angry walking that I did on my errands too. Hoping things get back to normal soon.

Hope everyone's doing okay. Gonna try to get back to "myself" asap.

Jammed for time since I got back, but did do a 30 minute run tonight. I have no idea how far I went though. It was at least 2.5 miles, but might have been more.
