Calorie intake?

I don't get this lol. If I'm 5'7, 237lbs and I am a stay at home mom. What is my calorie intake suppose to be? I'm starting insanity tomorrow. Just got it in the mail today.

    There should be a book in the kit that will help you calculate what your calorie intake should be.
