How many grams?

Last year I managed to loose 36lbs through doing a low carb high protein diet then we decided to make an addition to our family, so now I'm back with the other half I intended to loose and have forgotten all the things I did before.. How many grams of carbs/fat/protein/fibre/sugar etc should I be aiming for a day so I can update my diary?
