There are carbs in SoBe LifeWaters but they appear to be sugar alcohols as there is no calories and no sugar.
Are these allowed on the Atkins plan for induction?

The atkin's bars have sugar alcohol in them. Your suppose to subtract that from the carb count. I do not like the sobe lifewaters as I found they had a funny after taste. (but then it could just be me! LOL) Anyways I would think they would be ok on induction but as someone pointed out to me too much sugar alcohol may stall your weight loss. My doctor explained it even better at my last visit by saying too much of the s.a. is still treated as sugar in my body. SO if I'm going to go for the sugars just go for the real stuff. But this was also said because I have diabetes. Good luck and hopefully someone with more experience has better advice.0

Thanks!
My husband and I love LifeWaters but we will keep this in mind. He is also diabetic, and uses LifeWater as a replacement for diet pop.
I don't drink pop, but it's a nice option from ice water from time to time, although I seem to drink a lot of it.0 -
The erythritol doesn't usually cause issues with weight loss, we can''t digest it. I would be careful about it in "treat type" foods tho. People have been known to eat a whole box of Atkins bars or a dozennot two cookies baked with eryrthritol *looks down innocently at feet & whistles *.0
