Intense workout ideas

Hi All!

Looking for suggestions on high calorie burning exercises. I am a fan of turbo fire kickboxing but if I do it daily my ankle bothers me.
So basically hoping to find an activity that could balance out the kickboxing allowing some down time for my ankle. I usually weight train twice a week. All suggestions welcome : )

    Insanity is insane, but if you're having problems with your ankle then maybe not.

    Yeah, when your ankle isn't well it makes it hard to get around. ; )

    Take a spinning class. That will kick your butt! :)

    My leg day routine

    15 bodyweight squats
    20 (ten each side) body weight lunges
    10 (five each side) body weight pistol squats
    15 body weight calf raises
    15 second iso hold calf raise
    15 body weight calf raises
    15 body weight squats
    30 second wall sit
    15 body weight squats
    15 body weight calf raises holding each at the top for increases of 1 second, so the last has a 15 second hold
    15 body weight calf raises

    this is one set, try for four sets. Your ankle will strengthen over time and you will sweat like no-ones business.
