WEEKEND!! Holiday!

So every knows its the weekend and that means a lot of us will probably slack on the weekends. You have busted your *kitten* all week and now its weekend we think we can slack now... HELL NO!! Why bust your butt all week just to throw it all away for the weekend and start the process all over the following week and then get upset because you havent seen any results.... You just made it 5 days in a row... why stop? Keep it going. this is where you take your game to the next level by continuing what you have done through out the week and keep going with it.
So what are your plans for this weekend and how will you cope with all the unhealthy choices that you might have this weekend? Food work outs?

    It's the end of the 3 day weekend. I went up to northern WI, to visit in-laws. There's no cell service and didn't bring my laptop. Food, we may have overate some because they are a farm family and have larger meals, however we did a lot of hiking, walking and canoeing. Hopefully it all evened out. I'm actually sore today from the different terrain as well as different activities than I normally do.

    How did everyone else's weekend go?
