Just finished week 1

Hooray! It's Saturday and I've just finished my first week. This is my second go at Insanity - the first time I made it through to the end of month one and stopped. Sad but true!
I've found it really helps to exercise first thing in the morning so nothing can get in my way. And now I can enjoy the weekend.
I wear a Garmin HR watch when I'm working out and I have to say I'm surprised I'm only burning around 350 calories per workout. That's roughly what I burn when I run 4K but this feels so much harder!
I'm know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, because when I have this week, I've noticed the scale isn't doing much of anything. I just like to keep things in check!

I just finished my first week yesterday, as well. This is also my second attempt. I only made it one week a couple months ago but got sick and completely quit. I am determined to finish the program this time!! Best of luck to you!0

I just finished my first week, too. I'm on the second day of week two today. I definitely feel the same about exercising near the morning hours- it just makes me feel a buttload better the rest of the day. I may feel like death while the work-out is going on, but I cannot deny the power of post-work-out endorphins, haha. Great job on getting through your first week!0
