Yes fluctuate around 4-6 lbs. Not at goal but need a break from calorie counting.0

Oh, that'll make a deficit easy then, without even needing to start logging again.
Merely use the database to find 250 calories out of what you eat, to cut out, on a daily basis.
That simple. Don't even have to log everything else you eat. Keep eating the same way except for what is being left out.
Since losing merely means eating less than what you eat to maintain, doesn't matter what the big number is, only matters how much you remove.0
