Lil' Newbie!

Hi, all!

I saw this group via FitCoachShawn, so I thought I'd join the challenge :) I've also been an MFP loner for most of my time here, and I'd love to join a community!

I'm 4'10, and I'm a cyclist. I commute to work every day (10 miles round trip), and I attend intense spin classes at my local boxing club, trying to get up to 100 miles a week (I'm training for a century ride.) I offset all the cycling with boxing classes and yoga. I don't track my progress with a scale; rather I rely on my measurements and how I'm looking. In terms of what I've got to work with, I'm trying to lose about 15-20 lbs in fat, lower my body fat % totally, and replace all the flub with super efficient muscles! I've got my wedding next year as a motivator, and my fiance who is a big fitness nut, but I also just want to be in the best shape I can possibly be...and be a tiny girl with a solid right hook :)
