    Back to 125 flat, let's see what happens next week when TOM arrives. I got kind of bloated last month the week before, so maybe I've had more of a loss than I realize.

    Measurements!
    Hips: 38.5 (up 0.5 inches)
    Waist: 26.5 (up 0.5 inches)
    Thigh: 22.25 (down .25 inches)
    Gut: 36.5 (no change)
    BF%: 25.4 (up almost 1%)
    LBM: 93.3 (down almost 1 lb ...booo :/)

    Sadly my foot is messed up again so I can't do any workouts that involve running, probably for the remainder of the year at the very least. I'll try to work in some walking and work to look for other exercises that are not high-impact on my foot. For now I need to rest it and focus on a good diet.
