What can I do? I want to build up my chest muscle, but have nerve damage in my one wrist. I can only do so many push up reps before it becomes irritated which weakens the wrist area or it becomes painful.
Swimming is out and the only other thing I can think of is the butterfly like machines at the gym. Any at home options that work?

Try using a Resistance Band. You could do Chest Presses and Chest Flyes with one.0
