Hi, all! I used to belong to this group under a different name (CdnPgnMom). I was living in Winnipeg at the time & was working for a cab company overnight. Last year I moved to PEI where I was on EI for a bit (for a MUCH needed break!) and then I was doing shift work. That being said, I am now on overnights again. But unlike in Winnipeg where I was sitting in one spot doing not much of anything, I am engaged in a very physical job. I have been able to manage to get myself on a fairly regular schedule for eating this time (it helps when you have actual break times!) but I am looking for ideas of things to take for lunch & snacks; mainly to add higher protein and more filling, energy-inducing options. Any and all advice is welcome! :D
