I think you can have ice cream. Plan for it by eating clean the rest of the day, fruit, veggies, chicken breast etc. But for me because the temptation is too great I look for low fat frozen bars that are around 100 calories each and have one of them like skinny cow etc.. There are lots of frozen yogurt bars that are low fat0

You can eat whatever you want. Go for a run & burn calories to indulge in a treat. There was a 30 day ice cream challenge on the forums, and people ate lots of ice cream & lost weight.
I personally go for a dark chocolate ice cream bar for portion control, and because it is super yummy. Often have that after my glass of wine. I know I won't be successful if I give up everything I love0 -

Oh how I love a glass of wine too! My problem with wine is that it makes me want to snack. If I could just have the glass of wine and that be it. I am working on that. lol0 -
Use one of those "yello" cups or a mini muffin pan, get some orange or cranberry juice (or what ever suits your taste buds), let it freeze a little so it becomes a little solid, stick a popsickle stick in it, let it freeze really solid hard.......and voila` here is your ICE TREAT!!!!!0

I love Skinny Cow ice cream bars. 100 calories. I'm also a Sorbet fan so Baskin Robbins' Daiquiri Ice is good. 130 calories for 4 oz. Mmmm.0

So it's Thursday … almost 3:00 … remember that means the Ice Cream Truck comes and we get free ice-cream.
I'm pledging now I won't get one today. With my upcoming travel and lack of exercise I will save this treat for a more well deserved day. I figured if I write it now, there is no going back on my decision in 25 minutes when the HR email comes out!0 -
I was gonna suggest the skinny cow brand also.. I like them too.. very good for 'diet' ice cream...0
