Super Shred

I'm starting the Super Shred today. I like the simplicity of it. It's four weeks as a jumpstart, then onto Shred. I'm currently 155.4 (at 5'2"). I haven't been happy with my weight in a while. I've tried Atkins, Weight Watchers and Dukan. I was half way through Couch to 5K and P90X, when I fell sick with viral meningitis. I've struggled ever since. I would like to be in the 120s again. I am determined.

    How was your first week? I started on 5/26 and lost 11.4 pounds the first week! Granted, I had probably 3 pounds or so of bloat from the Memorial Day weekend festivities. But I'll take it!

    My plan is to start this after the holidays. In the meantime, I'd like to prep and prepare as much as possible using MyFitnessPal.
