*** Today's Tip: WALK THE COURSE!
Love playing golf? Ditching the cart and walking the course means you
could walk five miles or more! Exercise doesn't have to be vigorous to
provide benefits. Walking a golf course can be a great part of any
exercise program. Ease into it by walking every other hole or even
walking up the fairway instead of jumping in the cart after each
stroke. Whenever possible—skip the cart, bring plenty of water, and
enjoy the outdoors. Don't forget to use sunscreen!
