Again, I apologize for posting our routine late this week. I hope this hasn't derailed any of you!! Here are this week's exercises. Complete 3 sets of each either in one complete workout or spread them throughout your day. Whichever you choose, get moving!
KNEE SQUEEZE - Warm up with this exercise for a count of 20 - 30 reps
GLUTE BRIDGE WITH (optional) ARMS 20 - 25
RUSSIAN TWIST 20 - 30
SQUAT WITH LEG LIFT 20-30
BICYCLE 20-40
THIGH STRETCH Enjoy this stretch for a good 5-count on each leg 3 times
