By the end of month two last time I kept saying "Month two isn't really any more challenging, it's just longer so you require more endurance, blah blah blah"
And now at the beginning of month two I'm looking back at myself and saying "stop that. stop lying to everyone!"

Haha l know what you mean!
Its so much more upper body work which I'm not very good at, month one is more cardio which ive learnt to love!
Did cardio conditioning today which was lovely but the other two workouts are hellish!
Dont worry though after another week your body will get used to it again which will be great!
