Can someone look at my log?

I'm doing whole30 and Im on day 3. I have like 500 calories that my log says I need to eat still for the day. Should I change my settings for a lower caloric intake? Im 140 lbs and it says my calories should be around 1450. I feel like this is a lot but maybe it's really not since I am also working out. Thanks in advance!

One aspect about the whole 30 is not logging calories..it is meant to teach you how to listen to your body and eat according to your needs.
Rice paper and preprepared foods are a no go on a whole 30 as well.
Here is a list of the rules.

I think from there you will have a better idea of how to run a whole 30. :)

I am on a Whole30 currently and agree with Justaspoonful on this, knowledge is everything in this lifestyle. Your menu seems more primal which is good but until you fully do the whole30 it would be wise to avoid any form of grain until the 30 days are completed then during reintroduction you will find out if they are safe for you to eat (or possibly very bad for you). Also for sure peanuts and possibly cocoa is not on the menu, two things I really enjoy and hope I find them safe for me when I am done.

Please read the link Justaspoonful provided it will really help.

As for running so low on the calories sometimes that happens but I found eating much more salad will not fill you up and you will get a much better nutrient profile for your days.

1450 doesn't sound like a lot to me. 1200 is the minimum requirement for any adult. anything below 1200 your body starts going into starvation mode.

    NO, do not lower calories!

You are at a very healthy weight so I would recommend that you do your Whole30 the way it was meant to be done: NO LOGGING. Eat only healthy food, as much as you need. Don't skimp on fat, careful with sugar (yes, that means fruit). That's it.

Thank you!! That link was very very helpful! I should have done more research before starting so I could prep my meals better.
