Gorgeous Glutes...?

Anyone doing the Gorgeous Glutes program?
I was supposed to start P3 of the advanced program but I kinda miss all the shoulders/back/arms training I was doing... Thinking I could do Gorgeous Glutes + my regular body part split.
I really have a hard time committing to a program, I feel I always want to change it around, I need something new. I am also feeling a little tired those days and there is at least 1 workout of the Gorgeous Glutes program I can do at home, which would make it easier for me.
Might go back to P3 after completing one phase of GG. Anyone doing GG and seeing progress? I'm just wondering if it'll be just as good for my butt at the advanced program

I did 10 - 12 weeks of it while bulking. Strength went way up, hip thrust went from unweighted to 180 lbs. My butt is higher, the crease part to hammies is almost gone but I gained a LOT of fat on my legs or else a lot of muscle under the fat is pushing against it and my thighs look pretty lumpy and awful (calves are bigger but firm). My thighs went up 3 nches and they were already on the full side to start out with.
That said, I did the program bulking 2x a week on average and did an upper body separately. I think I'd have had better results if I didn't cut my cardio and was able to do 3x a week (too much for me recovery wise). As for the thighs, I think I'm one of those people that needs to do cardio, which is OK since I actually missed it when bulking.
I've decided to give kettlebells a try. Feedback from others my age is that it's kinder joint wise for us older folks and they're fun. Well fun for now, I too get bored and am always mixing things up.0 -
I might give it a try... Still not sure if I keep going with P3 or just start GG. I'll keep my cardio, I also can get thicker legs which I don't want at the moment, they're muscular enough for me, I just need to get rid of the fat over it!0
